NC 125 - Health Standards

The purpose of this health standards course is to introduce the OSHA health standards to health compliance officers. The topics to be covered include basic industrial hygiene, health inspection preparation, industrial hygiene equipment, sampling and analysis, permissible exposure limits, noise, ergonomics, indoor air quality, and ventilation control methods. The objective of the course is to provide the health compliance officer with an overview of industrial hygiene and health standards and recognition of health hazards and how they are applied in the inspection process.
