OTI webinars are provided through OSHA eLearning (Blackboard) and are for internal use only by NCDOL employees.
Before accessing the website for the first time, you must complete and email the Student Data Form to the training supervisor, marcy.collyer@labor.nc.gov so she can get you set up in the system.

OSHA eLearning is for internal use only by NCDOL employees. You will need a login and password in order to access the system. Please follow the instructions noted above to obtain access.
Note: Webinars are generally conducted live and then archived. Notices of new OTI webinars are sent out through the Education, Training and Technical Assistance bureau.
OSHA training courses are offered at the OTI Education Centers around the country. NC State University located in Raleigh is the Southeastern OTI Education Center periodically used by OSH employees.
