This OPN establishes an SEP for Warehousing and Storage and Related Product Distribution Industries. (Previously SEP for Grocery and Related Product Merchant Wholesalers.)
Revisions: Adds new NAICS codes based on CPL 03-00-026: National Emphasis Program (NEP) on Warehousing and Distribution Center Operations. OSH incorporated into the Grocery SEP, the NAICS codes from the NEP due to the similarities in the work performed in these industries and their potential hazards. Thereby, the SEP was renamed January 12, 2024, to Special Emphasis Program for Warehousing and Storage and Related Product Distribution Industries.
