Archived 02/01/2000. OPN 93 transmits the system for services of process by a county Sheriff's Departments. If personal delivery of notices, citations, cease and desist orders, or any other document necessary to enforce compliance will require excessive travel time or if it is likely that the employer will avoid delivery, sheriff’s service is a very cost-effective option.
