Archived 04/14/2002. OPN 94 transmits different methods of obtaining the correct listing of the name of an inspected employer. For reasons of legal adequacy it is very important that the correct name of an employer be on a citation. It is the responsibility of the CSHO to determine the correct legal name of the controlling and exposing employer. Archived when incorporated into FOM.
