Archived 02/04/2000. OPN 82 transmits the revised North Carolina Administrative Code (NCAC) to division staff. The revision was an effort to provide users with the information that they need to know in an orderly manner and to eliminate any superfluous materials which may not meet the criteria for a rule document. The revised NCAC contains only those requirements which are unique to the State Program. Archived when incorporated into revised FOM.
