The procedure establishes NC policy for the enforcement of 29 CFR 1910.38 - Emergency Action Plans and 1910.39 - Fire Prevention Plans. This policy will be used in lieu of Federal CPL 2-1.037 - Compliance Policy for Emergency Action Plans and Fire Prevention Plans.
