Enforcement Guidance for the Walking-Working Surfaces Standard, 29 CFR 1910, Subpart D

This enforcement memorandum provides guidance to Compliance Safety and Health Officers regarding North Carolina delayed compliance dates for specific provisions of the revised 29 CFR 1910, Subpart D - Walking Working Surfaces standards. In addition, guidance is given with respect to which version of 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D will be cited prior to and following the May 1, 2017 North Carolina effective date.
