COV 4 - Archived when ETS was no longer active in NC.
The OSH Division adopted verbatim the federal Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on Occupational Exposure to COVID-19. The ETS will become effective in NC on July 21, 2021. This memorandum delays enforcement of paragraphs 29 CFR 1910.502(i), (k) and (n) for an additional 15 days, until August 5, 2021.
