Compliance Directive for Cranes and Derricks in Construction Standard

This instruction provides guidelines for enforcement procedures and inspection guidance conducted for equipment covered by Subpart CC - Cranes and Derricks in Construction. With regards to Section VIII - Key Elements of an Abbreviated Compliance Inspection in the CPL, CSHOs will follow the guidance in the NC FOM when determining whether to conduct partial scope or comprehensive inspections. For consistency, CSHOs must pay close attention to citation recommendations in this CPL.
