Memoranda of Understanding and Agreement

Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) or Agreement (MOAs) that have been made between the NCDOL and other agencies that are usually related to interagency responsibilities, cooperation and/or referrals.

Note: All MOU/MOAs are maintained and/or managed by the Education, Training and Technical Assistance bureau. The Standards Section maintains all original copies. As a courtesy, the Standards Section will send agencies participating in MOUs/MOAs with NCDOL a reasonable amount of free standards books, upon their request. Agencies typically request up to five sets of free books every one or more years. This book request is not specifically stated in the agreement and is only done as a courtesy to the other agency.
