State data presenting the number and frequency of work-related injuries, illnesses, and fatal injuries are available from two BLS programs: the BLS Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses (SOII) and the BLS Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI).
Note: The number of States for which SOII data are available varies from year to year due primarily to changes in State participation in the SOII.
