Federal Annual Monitoring and Evaluation (FAME) Reports are a comprehensive report conducted by Federal OSHA regarding the OSH Division's performance in meeting the Strategic Management Plan (SMP) goals. It is based on quarterly visits, the State Office Annual Report (SOAR) and State Activity Mandated Measures (SAMM) Report, and OSHA Express Reports based on each Federal Fiscal Year (FFY).
