The Safety and Health Programs and Committees Act (SHPCA), NCGS 95-250, requires certain employers to establish safety and health programs and committees.
FOM Chapter XIV - Safety and Health Programs and Committees, provides specific instruction to CSHOs regarding determining coverage of employers by SHPCA. More information on this program can be found on the NCDOL website.
