Not adopted. The attached February 5, 2025 memo announces that OSHA will no longer enforce COVID-19 recordkeeping and reporting requirements that remained following the repeal of the majority of the emergency temporary standard. The guidance in this memo is not necessary in NC because the recordkeeping and reporting requirements were previously repealed in NC along with the rest of the COVID ETS.
