NCAC 4A - NC state-specific standard 13 NCAC 07F .0106 - Toxic and Hazardous Substances - Air Contaminants. Errors related to the entries for Carbon Disulfide, 2-Aminopyridine, and Vanadium were identified. A decision was made to return the permissible exposure limits for these substances to those currently enforced by federal OSHA [1971 vintage] via expedited rule-making.
