NCAC 3 - NC state-specific standard 13 NCAC 07F .0106 - Air Contaminants provided for the adoption of 45 permissible exposure limits from the 1989 Table Z-1-A after revocation of the "Final Rule Limits" column of Table Z-1-A of 29 CFR 1910.1000 (58 FR 35338-35351) by Federal OSHA.
