13 NCAC 07A .0601 - .0607 - Safety and Health Programs and Committees. This standard requires programs to promote safety and health for all North Carolina employers with a workers' compensation experience rate modifier of 1.5 or above. Employee Safety and Health Committees will be established by all North Carolina employers having 11 or more employees and an experience rate modifier of 1.5 or above.
