Longshoring and Marine Terminal "Tool Shed" Directive

This directive provides guidance concerning the application of occupational safety and health standards in longshoring and marine terminals activities.

Also reference NCAC 5 - The final rules at 29 CFR 1915 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Shipyard Employment and 29 CFR 1917 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Marine Terminals are incorporated by reference into the North Carolina Administrative Code and apply only to public sector employees of local governments of the State of North Carolina.
