History note: CPL 2-2.63 was published November 3, 1995. Notes indicate it was adopted in NC on March 18, 1996, but there is no signed cover sheet. On January 9, 1996, OSHA updated the CPL, sending revised replacement pages to substitute existing pages from the original CPL. NC adopted the changes on September 4, 1998 as shown in the cover sheet to the revisions. The attached file incorporates the cover sheet from 1998 and the full CPL, incorporating the revisions made in 1996. Additional minor updates were made in 2015 to reflect changes to the hazard communication standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) in 2012.
