Archived 6/16/2023. CPL 02-01-045 was cancelled by OSHA due to court rulings on the cases between OSHA and Davey Tree (see memo TC 2). It was replaced by OSHA's memo on Enforcement Inspection Guidance for Tree Care and Tree Removal Operations on June 30, 2021 (see Memo TC 1).
This directive provides guidance on the application of OSHA general industry standards to tree care and tree removal operations.
