67 FR 44533 07/03/02 29 CFR 1915 - final rule; technical amendments. These standards contain a number of minor typographical, grammatical and other errors. This document corrects those errors, as well as several inaccurate cross-references.

Also reference NCAC 5 - The final rules at 29 CFR 1915 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Shipyard Employment and 29 CFR 1917 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Marine Terminals are incorporated by reference into the North Carolina Administrative Code and apply only to public sector employees of local governments of the State of North Carolina.
