56 FR 15832 4/1/91 1910.120 - A correction is made regarding the definition of "uncontrolled hazardous waste site" in paragraph (a)(3) by replacing the term "hazardous waste" with the term "hazardous substance". In addition, the clause "identified as an uncontrolled hazardous waste site by a governmental body, whether Federal, state, local or other" has been added in order to better relate to the scope of the standard. An additional correction made in paragraph (e)(9) to provide upon request a copy of a certificate of equivalent training or a copy of documentation of equivalent training.
