Fire Protection in Shipyards

71 FR 60843 10/17/2006; 29 CFR 1915 - direct final rule. In this direct final rule, OSHA is replacing the references to the eleven NFPA standards which were incorporated by reference in 2004 to reflect more current versions of the NFPA standards. 

Also reference NCAC 5 - The final rules at 29 CFR 1915 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Shipyard Employment and 29 CFR 1917 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Marine Terminals are incorporated by reference into the North Carolina Administrative Code and apply only to public sector employees of local governments of the State of North Carolina.
