The James Stanley memorandum regarding steel erection activities and locking snaphooks is provided after the cover sheet. Also defines the terms "steel erection activities", "buildings", and "tiered". Also reference NCAC 8A - State-specific standard 13 NCAC 07F .0204 - Personal Protective and Life Saving Equipment - Amendment to Subpart E, 29 CFR 1926.104(g).
