59 FR 40672 8/9/94; 1910.269(g)(2)(i) - revised to require all personal fall arrest equipment meet the requirements of Subpart M of Part 1926. 1926.250(b)(2) - revised to require each employee working in silos or other storage areas to be equipped with personal fall arrest equipment. 1926.550(c)(2) - revised to require personal fall arrest systems. 1926.550(g)(4)(i)(C) replaces body belt/harness anchorages with a requirement for personal fall arrest system anchorages. 1926.951(b)(4)(i) - revised to require lifelines and lanyards to comply with 1926.502. 1926.651(l) - revised to require walkways over any excavations.
