82 FR 51986 11/9/2017 29 CFR 1926 Subpart CC - final rule. On September 26, 2014, OSHA had published a final rule to extend the date for crane operator certification by three years until November 10, 2017. On November 9, 2017, OSHA published a final rule which further extends the date for crane operator certification by one year until November 10, 2018.
