This is a confidential list of employers who renewed their workers’ compensation policy with an experience rate modifier (ERM) of 1.5 or higher. Consultative Services receives the list from the NC Rate Bureau each month and mails a letter to each employer. This list codes how the employer responded or if the letter was returned due to a bad address.
